Once again, not much time...but I worked in 30 minutes of yoga today. I need to get some cardio in soon! I DID find a really cool feature of itunes...podcasts!! There are a LOT of free workout, yoga, etc podcasts. Also, hulu has a lot of short workout videos. If you want some variety these 20-30 minute workouts are really nice!

I didn't have much time today, but I managed 30 minutes of yoga / strength training via the Wii. Tomorrow I'm going to try to get some cardio in there!
